Our founder, the entrepreneur
champions a modern, forward-thinking Kazakhstan that seizes the opportunities of the digital economy. He has spent the last ten years working to create cutting-edge, scalable software solutions that have the potential to grow on a global stage and ultimately can improve people's lives.
Early on, Alidar recognised the potential of consumer technologies and the digital economy.
After working for corporations in the telecommunications, mining, and eventually banking and fintech sectors, he decided to follow his entrepreneurial instincts and launched his own tech investment firm in 2013 called Green Apple.
This company's vision served as the basis for DAR.
DAR began incubating technologies under one roof in 2020 and has since expanded to a strong team of more than 100 individuals.
The company's goal is to provide customers and SMEs with the tools for quicker, more agile growth as well as to facilitate upskilling, which in turn boosts the economy and our communities.
By introducing a brand-new, cutting-edge creator platform called 5Qbe and a B2B enterprise solution called 5Qit in both Kazakhstan and Indonesia, the company is now moving internationally.
In addition to his business endeavours, Alidar Utemuratov is the founder of the DAR charity. Its goal is to upskill those who are most in need while also enhancing children's and young people's education through sport and mixed martial arts (MMA).
One of the charity's main programs, DAR TEAM, is dedicated to martial arts training for young people. It has established 11 clubs and plans to open 14 more in various locations across the nation so that more kids from socially disadvantaged families, especially orphans, can benefit from sports. In Kyzylorda, Alidar is also a patron of an organisation that supports single moms without access to safe and inexpensive daycare, "Mother's House,".
